Return Policy – Nuvobi

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window if you’re not completely satisfied. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Conditions

You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept opened or used products.

2. Return Request

All returns must be approved in advance. Please email us at info@nuvobi.nl with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return remains traceable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • E-books or Digital products
